RESPONSIBILITIES
Task 1: FBA Inventory & Product Management
Monitor the status of products stored in Amazon FBA warehouses.
Control and reconcile inventory to ensure data accuracy and alignment with operational plans.
Task 2: Issue Tracking & Resolution
Identify and resolve product-related issues.
Track and manage cases related to inventory and product discrepancies.
Task 3: Internal Coordination
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth product flow.
Update product status to stakeholders when necessary.
Task 4: Reporting & Periodic Monitoring
Prepare periodic reports on product status and inventory levels.
Proactively identify and provide early warnings on potential inventory risks.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, product operations, or supply chain.
Experience working with Amazon FBA or other e-commerce marketplaces is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong ability to track data and identify discrepancies.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and systematic thinking.
