RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research Print-on-Demand (POD) market trends across platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, TikTokShop, etc., according to seasons and specific niches.
Participate in building, managing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns via the company's keyword advertising system.
Propose unique and creative design ideas that align with user insights and branding strategies.
Collaborate with the Designer and Seller teams to turn ideas into complete products.
Evaluate idea performance, provide regular updates, and suggest appropriate improvements.
Monitor launched campaigns and support optimization when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Passion for exploring products on platforms like Amazon, TikTokShop US, and Etsy.
Strong market research skills and trend awareness.
Creative thinking with a logical, proactive approach to work.
Teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate well with Designers and other departments.
Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., eRank, InsightFactory...) is a plus.
Graduated from economic universities in Ho Chi Minh City.
Preference for candidates with good English reading comprehension.
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to explore new things.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
