RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Planning and Strategy Development:

  • Generate ideas for content, visuals, and videos to support advertising campaigns and product promotions.
  • Propose ideas for product development, production, and improvement.

Marketing Campaign Planning and Management:

  • Analyze user and market insights.
  • Optimize SEO elements including product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and tags.
  • Execute promotional and brand-building campaigns via Digital Marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Online Advertising, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Social Media, SMS Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, etc.), including testing and performance evaluation.
  • Run advertising campaigns (TikTok Ads and other platforms): plan, set up, optimize, and measure ad performance.
  • Directly manage and execute advertising budgets.
  • Collaborate with the support team to manage order fulfillment.

TikTok Shop Operations Management:

  • Manage the TikTok Shop account.
  • Oversee product listings: posting, inventory tracking, content updates, and optimization.
  • Manage product pricing and adjust based on market trends and sales performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Compile reports on product direction, customer demand, and market trends.
  • Suggest new products/services and customer outreach strategies based on survey results.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Foreign Trade, Technical Education, etc.
  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Good command of English (reading and writing).
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and enthusiastic attitude.
