Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and create products for Print-On-Demand (POD) platforms, including t-shirts, blankets, hats, mugs, and other customizable items.
• Develop design ideas based on market trends, preferences of Western (US/EU) customers, and team direction.
• Apply artistic thinking and color theory to produce visually appealing, harmonious designs tailored to each product type.
• Complete design tasks assigned by the Team Leader accurately and on schedule.
• Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, R&D, and Sales to modify or develop designs according to campaign goals, target audience, and market demands.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Quick learner with sharp thinking and adaptability.
• Positive work attitude, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, AI tools, MidJourney, etc.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a designer.
• Candidates without prior POD experience will be provided with on-the-job training.

WORKING HOURS:

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday working day per month
