Product Owner (XGAMES)
XGAMES AT SECOM is a strategic collaboration project between XGAMES HANOI and SECOM, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. The project was established with the goal of expanding production scale and leveraging the abundant creative resources in the South. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Strategy & Delivery
Research, analyze, and lead product discovery and product development activities
Define, prioritize, and manage desired features within the Product Backlog (a structured list of product requirements and features)
Clearly communicate comprehensive product vision, requirements, and priorities to the development team
Write functional specifications for new features and enhancements to existing functionalities
2. Product Operations
Monitor and analyze user feedback and product metrics to identify user trends and behavior
Collaborate closely with client-side and server-side development teams to resolve issues and provide timely feedback
Track product progress, risks, and issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders
Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, including mobile application design and development
Coordinate cross-functionally with UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA/Testers, Marketers, and other stakeholders
Define and maintain product KPIs/metrics to evaluate and measure the performance of each product release
Track and analyze user behavior using analytics tools such as Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & Experience
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Product Owner (PO) in mobile application products
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and mobile product development, especially in areas such as Tools, AI-based applications, and Entertainment apps
Plus: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, along with effective interpersonal communication
Eagerness to learn, research, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies
Strong ability to listen to and understand user and customer needs
Excellent presentation, documentation, and requirement-writing skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Growth mindset: open to challenges and continuous learning
Willingness to listen actively, remain calm, patient, and respectfully defend others’ perspectives when necessary

Salary: 15 - 30M
13th-month salary + seniority bonus.
