RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Training Program Development & Implementation

  • Develop annual training plans; implement internal and external training programs.
  • Design training materials and directly deliver selected training modules.
    Manage various training formats, including e-learning, coaching, and workshops.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness; continuously improve content based on feedback and organizational development needs.
  • Apply training technologies and stay updated with new learning trends and methodologies.

2. Onboarding & Corporate Culture

  • Implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth and efficient integration of new hires.
  • Manage the Buddy Program to support employees during the probation period.
  • Develop and organize initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement.

3. Internal Communication & Career Path Development

  • Coordinate internal communication activities, company events, and team-building programs.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop and implement career path and employee development frameworks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
    1–3 years of experience in Training & Development or Organizational Development.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, responsible, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
