RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to identify workforce needs and develop accurate job descriptions.

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract and identify qualified candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networking, and employee referral programs.

  • Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with relevant stakeholders.

  • Support and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.

Employer Branding

  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimize employer branding initiatives across digital, internal, and external platforms.

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.

  • Stay up to date with social media trends and recruitment best practices to enhance candidate experience and effectively communicate company culture.

  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop recruitment-related communication materials for hiring events, including posters, flyers, banners, and other promotional assets.

  • Create and manage social media content to promote company culture and attract top talent.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Human Resources.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or employer branding.

  • Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.

  • Proactive, accountable, and possessing strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
