RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to identify workforce needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract and identify qualified candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networking, and employee referral programs.
Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with relevant stakeholders.
Support and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
Employer Branding
Develop, execute, and continuously optimize employer branding initiatives across digital, internal, and external platforms.
Design and implement employee engagement programs to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
Stay up to date with social media trends and recruitment best practices to enhance candidate experience and effectively communicate company culture.
Partner with the Marketing team to develop recruitment-related communication materials for hiring events, including posters, flyers, banners, and other promotional assets.
Create and manage social media content to promote company culture and attract top talent.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Human Resources.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Proactive, accountable, and possessing strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

WORKING HOURS: Morning: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
