Talent Acquisition Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop job descriptions.
Source and attract candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including job portals and social media platforms.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Coordinate and execute onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
2. Employer Branding
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives across digital platforms.
Manage recruitment-related communication content and social media channels.
3. Internal Communications & Corporate Culture Development
Plan and organize internal engagement activities.
Develop internal communication content highlighting company core values and workplace culture.
Manage and operate internal communication channels.
Support the organization and implementation of training and talent development programs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Solid understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Proactive, positive mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
