RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop job descriptions.
    Source and attract candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including job portals and social media platforms.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.

  • Coordinate and execute onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

2. Employer Branding

  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives across digital platforms.

  • Manage recruitment-related communication content and social media channels.

3. Internal Communications & Corporate Culture Development

  • Plan and organize internal engagement activities.

  • Develop internal communication content highlighting company core values and workplace culture.

  • Manage and operate internal communication channels.

  • Support the organization and implementation of training and talent development programs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Solid understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.

  • Proactive, positive mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
