HR Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR Operations Oversight & Workforce Coordination
Supervise and allocate responsibilities across HR functional areas.
Monitor, manage, and continuously improve HR operations, including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits (C&B), and HR administration.
Prepare periodic HR reports, conduct workforce data analysis, and propose operational improvements.
2. Talent Development & Corporate Culture
Collaborate with business units to develop and execute recruitment, training, and workforce development plans.
Implement training programs, performance evaluation systems, and career path / succession planning frameworks.
Design and organize employee engagement initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and organizational cohesion.
3. Policies, Benefits & Employee Relations
Develop, implement, and oversee compensation, benefits, and insurance policies in alignment with company strategy and legal requirements.
Supervise and provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Act as the key HR liaison to ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR policies across departments.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles, including at least 2 years in a people management or supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, HR practices, and relevant compliance requirements.
Proven leadership, team management, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong systems thinking, proactive mindset, and continuous improvement orientation.
