Responsibilities

1. Order Processing

  • Receive and handle purchase requests from relevant departments
  • Place orders with suppliers, ensuring correct specifications and quantities
  • Monitor delivery schedules and proactively handle any arising issues

2. Invoice Reconciliation with Suppliers

  • Verify and reconcile invoices with suppliers to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Track delivery progress and resolve any discrepancies when necessary

3. Issue & Complaint Handling

  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues related to product quality, delays, incorrect deliveries, etc.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to relevant departments

4. Team Support

  • Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
     
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchasing or order processing

Professional Skills:

  • Good command of written and reading English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Other Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented, careful, and highly organized
  • Strong analytical mindset and numerical sensitivity
